What the Tokio Index measures, and what it does not

The Tokio Index is a self-assessment: it measures how the person answering sees the company. It is very useful for setting priorities and opening a conversation within the management team, but it is no substitute for an analysis based on data.

If you want to test the result, the Tokio Diagnosis adds interviews, a review of the numbers and a 90-day plan.

Tip: if two members of management answer separately, the gap between their results is valuable information in itself.

Frequently asked questions about the Tokio Index

Is it really free?

Yes. We do not ask for a card and it commits you to nothing. If you later want to work with us, we will only suggest it if it makes sense for your company.

Who should complete it?

The person who runs the company, or a member of management with an overall view of the business.

What information do I need to hand?

Nothing precise. The questions are answered from your knowledge of the company; they do not ask for accounting figures.

What do you do with my answers?

We use them only to prepare your report and, if you ask, to discuss it with you. We do not sell or share them.

Does it work for any sector and country?

It is designed for startups and SMEs in any sector and country. It is available in English and Spanish.

How often should I repeat it?
